Quality SiliconeOur hoses are hand built using only the highest quality raw European silicones and fabrics. We use rich quality pigments, giving our hoses vibrant deep colours and sheen. Our hoses will not crack and perish over time.
Silicone linerThe exterior aspect & finish is of course important, however we pay particular attention to the inside of the hose. We build our hoses using a quality silicone inner liner. Liners help iron out all small imperfections found inside most cheap quality hoses from the far east, or from some of our European rivals. Liners increase reliability. High temperature or fluroSilicone liners available for oil.
Multi-Ply heavy reinforcements.High strength polyester fabrics are used to reinforce every hose. Excellent pressure ratings are achieved with increased layers of reinforcements. Most of our hoses are 4 to 5 ply and up to 6 ply reinforcement. You can really feel the difference ! High temp Nomex & Glass fabrics is available.
Wire ReinforcementsMany rival induction hoses can "suck in" under boost, for this reason when needed we feature a wire spiral reinforcement which makes a huge improvement.
Here again feel the difference !
Quality BondingOur hoses are extremely well finished, both inside and out. Any branches or take offs are well bonded and built to last.
Metal InsertsMetal inserts are cast, extruded or CNC machined, for a better finish, and where needed are specially bonded into the hose for a perfect tight fitment.
(many rival hoses use cheaper plastic inserts)
Surface finishHand built & finished to the highest standards,
using the best and latest cellulose tape giving a high gloss finish which is easy to wipe clean. Optional “Historic looks” available
if you like the textured, original looks.
