Viper performance already had hoses for the MX5, since there are several models of this we wanted to complete our range and cater for all early MX5 / Miatas.
so we have two new silicone coolant kits for the MX5.

Kit 1 is for MX5 1800cc 12/1994~1999and contains 3 hoses,
Kit 2 is for MK1 with 1600cc engine B6 manufactured august 89 onwards.

These kits are available to order from Viper Performance Hoses
in Red, Blue, or Black.

Anodised colour coded wrenches sized to fit the swivel nuts on hose ends.
These wrenches have a fully rounded edge to fit your hand. Machined from heat treated 2024 aluminium alloy.

This set offers excellent value for money.
with wrenches for -6,8,10,12,16 AN sizes.

The first three in this range are specially designed for use with Viper braided hose fittings.
1 – Aluminium Crush Washers – A single layer aluminium washer for fuel systems when sealing banjos or adaptors. The aluminium one-time-use crush washer is specifically designed to formagainst the sealing faces. Contains 70 pieces £49.99 incl. VAT

2 – Teflon Washers – These washers are particularly well suited to passing a fuel line through abulkhead. Provides excellent resistance to fuel and a positive seal to the fittings.Can be used for a number of oil/fuel resistant applications. Contains 70 pieces £25 incl. VAT

Superb Quality Stainless Steel Braided hose with BLACK NYLON cover outer braid and NBR (Nitrile Rubber)
this product is lightweight and with very good bend radius, and high pressure use for Oil, fuel lines, Carburetor, water lines, vacuum etc.. this single layer steel braid makes a very lightweight hose, very flexible, finished with a classic Black NYLON outer.
Lined with NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber).

It is a product that goes very well with our range of silicone hoses, as silicone performs poorly with oil and fuel. NRB rubber is the way to go and offers good fuel resistance.

As with all Viper Performance product quality comes first, this braided hose will perform as well as any leading brand and at a much lower price !, and offers an excellent alternative to silicone. Excellent product for your fuel lines, oil cooler lines, water hoses etc..

It is long overdue, and we have been getting asked for a kit for the saxo / 106′s for years and never got round to doing it. So it’s about time !
These cars are now seen as future classics, and the original rubber hoses are probably on their last legs now with age. A silicone direct replacement hose kit will keep fresh for years and years, in fact a good quality silicone hose is said to outlive EPDM rubber hoses 8 fold !.

We are not sure if the origianl hoses in rubber can still be purchased via main dealers, by what you are getting here is a top quality replacement hose by Viper Performance for a very good price. Availabel in Blue Silicone, Red or Black. we have two versions available

Fuel / Oil line separators NEW PRODUCT

Specifically designed to go with Viper Performance stainless steel hoses,
braided hoses, for fuel and oil, new from viper are these Line Separators which
will prevent hoses running in parallel to rub together, adding a separator to the system will keep the hoses tidy and in line, and also adds great visual appearance to your system.

Commonly used with braided hoses, they can also be used for silicone hoses, vacuum lines etc.. these hose separators will also work with all other brands of braided hoses.

6063 Aluminium, CNC machined and beautifully anodised to match our hose ends, HEX finishers etc.. These hose separators are held together by a single fixing.

12th to 15th of January 2012 marked our 6th year at the show, and we have already re-booked for 2013 so if you missed us, so come and see us. To appreciate the Viper performance hoses you do need to see them in the flesh, you can compare with our rivals’s product at the show.

We where presently surprised at this years show as to just how many customers new and existing came to compare the product.
For a race team quality is important, with viper’s build quality and warranty car builders, and race teams alike Viper Performance offers a superb product and a forever exapanding range. New from Viper Performance,
to go with the existing range of stainless steel braided hoses,
are great looking aluminium cover clamps also known as HEX finishers,
or hose finishers. Our hose end finishers are ideal for steel overbraid and resembles full bodied hose ends.
The “Pro Clamp” style finishers can also work with other brand’s braided hoses or silicone hoses where there is low pressure giving the hose the race look at low cost.

Built with a Stainless steel Jubilee type worm drive clamp which is hidden beneath the anodised cover, they look great and are of great value for money on the Viper Performance website today.

All new VIPER PERFORMANCE website

After 18 months of work, and £8000 cost, we go live with our 3rd Generation website.
We have completely gutted our older site, new databases, new images, we have made
radical changes to our website to provide users with easy, intuitive navigation, full of information.
it is now very easy to find your way around the new site, and makes
shopping for your silicon hoses, pipes and accessories a breeze.
The new site will also cater for a plethora of new product lines in development
for 2012 and 2013.

The idea is to also produce professional informative demo videps of the entire Viper range, this will take time as there are over 50 videos to film and edit!
The new site certainly looks very modern and uses the latest web designs. This is our third site change in 6 years. Viper Performance is always about
innovation, the site is easy to use on tablets such as Ipads etc..
and will also in the near future intergrate social networking to the site.

In the next week or two we will be completing our movie, with a new HD channel,
the video will be on the home page showing all manufacturing processes.
This video will be in full HD for best quality.
