Quality Silicone
Our hoses are hand built using only the highest quality raw materials and undiluted European silicones and expensive quality pigments. This gives our hoses long life expectancy, vibrant deep colours and sheen. Our hoses will not fade, crack and perish over time.

Silicone liner
The exterior aspect and quality is of course important, however in our view the most important part of the hose is the inside. Every Viper Performance hose is built by using a quality 1mm silicone inner liner. A liner irons out all small imperfections found inside some rival hoses (such as small tears, cuts or fabric showing inside during construction) A liner will make the hose more reliable and give it better resistance. We also offer high temperature or fluroSilicone liners for use with oil / fuel.

Multi-Ply heavy reinforcements.
High strength polyester fabrics are used to reinforce every Viper Performance hose. Our hoses offer huge pressure ratings thanks to our generous multi layers of reinforcements. hoses from 6mm to 48mm ID have 3ply + liner hoses from 51mm to 60mm have 4ply + liner hoses from 63mm to 95mm have 5ply + liner hoses from 102mm have 6ply + liner You can really feel the difference ! Optional High temperature Nomex & Glass fabrics available.

Wire Reinforcements
We strive to make the strongest hoses available, for this reason when needed we feature a wire spiral reinforcement to prevent any sucking in under boost making our hoses extremely strong and reliable, here again feel the difference !

Quality Bonding
Our hoses are extremely well finished both inside and out, any branches or take offs are well bonded and built to last.

Metal Inserts
Where applicable, Viper Performance hoses feature metal inserts which are cast, extruded or CNC machined for a better finish, and where needed specially bonded into the hose for a perfect tight fitment.

Surface finish
The most important part of the hose is inside, however we make sure that every hose is perfectly finished both inside and out using the best and latest cellulose tape we produce a high gloss finish which is easy to wipe clean. We also offer the option of “classic looks” if you like your hoses to be textured and looking original.
