About Viper Performance
Established 2004.
Viper's moto from day one was fast delivery, quality product, innovation, and a high level of customer care. A family run independent business starting out initially retailing silicone hoses of popular shapes and size by mail order. Viper performance was one of the very first companies selling online to retail customers only.
A few milestones:
2006: Trade customers are being drawn to Viper Performance for its uncompromising attitude to top quality in all its materials and build.
2007: Technical advances in manufacturing methods and bespoke IT systems allowed Viper Performance to economically offer small production silicone hoses from a one off prototype to larger volumes for the trade.
2009: 1st in our industry to launch a warranty on all its silicone products.
2010: We Introduce a range of high quality sourced braided hoses and fittings for oil and fuel, offering an alternative product for when Silicone is not suitable.
2012: The business has shifted from a sales ratio of 80% private retail customers with 20% trade customers to a more or less exact reversal of this ratio.
Today more than 85% of turn over is Business to Business with corporates clients requiring custom build hoses.
2017: Over 250 product demonstrations are filmed and our Youtube channel created making the most complete website in the market in terms of technical and product information.
2021: We focus on growing “new energy” markets by working closely with companies developing Electric vehicles and other industrial markets by developing hoses and fluid transfer solutions for this growing market and production ramp up.
2022: A completely new bespoke fully integrated IT system is rolled out for improved efficiency.
2023: We expand our offerings with new specialist silicone materials such as FKM and OAT grade silicones.
2024: We celebrate 20 years in business.
