Sometimes when creating systems you will be left with redundant connections on your silicone hoses or metal pipes. Blocking off unused connections such as old breathers, water hoses or dump valves is important.<\/p>\n

We offer two methods of blanking off pipes\/hoses:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1 – Billet aluminium Hose Blanking Plug \u2013 For blanking off silicone hose connections
\n2 – Silicone Blanking Cap \u2013 For blanking off metal or hard pipe connections<\/p>\n

Aluminium Hose Blanking Plug<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\"\"Our Aluminium blanking plugs are designed to push inside a silicone hose and provide a strong secure seal, without slipping out. This is ideal for blocking off unused connections such as old breathers, water hoses or dump valves. They are specially designed so that the cap fits flush with most hoses which means they look great too.<\/p>\n

All of our Aluminium blanking plugs are 30mm in length with Barbed finish,
\nCNC machined from solid 6063 billet aluminium. They will fit perfectly and offer a very strong connection to all brands of silicone hoses and rubber hoses of suitable diameter. and polished for nice looks!<\/p>\n

Silicone Blanking Caps<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Our silicone blanking caps have been specially designed for blocking off redundant connections for example to seal off vacuum connections, carburettors or Intake manifolds. Designed to fit over metal or hard pipe outlets to block off or protect from dust or debris.<\/p>\n

Simply push over this silicone cap colour coded to match all Viper Performance hoses. Silicone caps are not reinforced with fabric and therefore are not suitable for blocking off areas under pressure.<\/p>\n
