This is out of our control and completely relies on the logistics involved in getting items to you. From a business perspective, orders will be processed as they have always been.<\/p>\n<p>For many orders we use the services of Royal Mail who are currently doing a great job during difficult times. There are however understandable delays in the postal service which some of our customers<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAbsence rates are currently significantly higher than what we normally expect at this time of year. To manage these severe absence levels, we are implementing a range of mitigations.
