Custom Silicone Hoses<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To create a new shape hose you will require the production of a\u00a0new\u00a0forming tool called a mandrel. Tool making costs are \u00a340\u00a0an hour at cost plus materials.\u00a0We are proud to say that we charge tooling to you at cost. The remainder of the cost will depend on the quantity of the hoses that you want.<\/p>\n

Please remember that one off custom hoses are simply not a viable option. So if you are looking for a single hose for your personal car this is not a good option.<\/p>\n

Custom Aluminium Pipes<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are extremely competitive with aluminium fabricated pipes on volume and series as this is our speciality. \u00a0We get the best price out of our machines based on economy of scale\u00a0and we only use the highest quality for our mandrel bends.\u00a0To ensure future repeat orders are 100% identical time and time again we produce a JIG.<\/p>\n

As with silicone hoses We cannot offer one off Aluminium Bespoke Fabrications due to the time and cost involved in purchasing materials, setting
\nup mandrels for bending the aluminium and making a JIG.<\/p>\n
