CORPORATE CLIENTS:
We specialise in manufacturing custom silicone hoses and Original Equipment Hoses for trade and corporate clients.
It is possible for us to produce anything form a one off Prototype for validation or small batches of 10 ~ 50 pieces. We also have the capacity to produce larger
volume series of hundreds or thousands of pieces with monthly delivery schedules.
Delivery times and lead times can vary across the year with peak demand and quantities.
Our lead times to include tooling can be anything from 2~3 weeks at certain times of the year to 6~8 weeks during peak times.
You will find our response times quick, our service and finished goods to be of the highest quality. Prices depend on volume. Economies of scale mean that the cost per hose can be very different for volume manufacturing compared to Prototype prices with excellent discounts and very competitive prices in our market.

We are currently Woking confidentially on many new energy projects such as
EV battery cooling systems, Bus, Tractor and Military applications and Aerospace to name a few.
PRIVATE CLIENTS:
Due to our workload, and tooling requirements we are unable to offer any single hose custom builds to the general public for private their vehicles or classic cars.
Single hoses are generally not cost effective to the public as tooling is involved to make the first hose and this alone can be several hundreds of pounds.
We suggest looking at joining a range of suitable elbows and universal pieces together which can simply be ordered from our website.
ABOUT OUR TOOLING:
Depending on the application we can make tooling (mandrels) with stainless steel or mild steel. Our toolmaker will require all 3rd angle views and measurements on your drawing to produce the tool accurately. We can work with STP files or simple PDF representations.
NOTE: for large volume of silicone hoses you may need multiple tooling to speed up the daily production. Our hoses are all hand made therefore it is only possible to make so many in a working day as they also have to be Vulcanised in the oven.
Depending on the complexity, shape, size and design usually 6 to 10 hoses per tool per day.
