In order to provide you with an accurate quotation for tooling and manufacturing costs, we will need a 3D STEP file or PDF drawing of your design.
Delivery & Lead Times:
Delivery and lead schedules may vary throughout the year, influenced by peak demands and order volumes. We diligently work to optimise these timelines, ensuring that your projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Our typical lead times can range from a swift 2-3 weeks during certain times of the year to 6-8 weeks during our busiest periods (including tooling and production).
Current projects include developing advanced EV battery cooling systems (hoses) and hoses for bus, tractor and military applications, as well as aerospace projects.

About Our Tooling:
Our tooling (mandrels) are generally fabricated from Stainless Steel.
We are capable of working with a variety of file formats, including STP files and straightforward PDF representations.
NOTE: Typically depending on the complexity, shape, size and design usually 6 to 10 hoses per tool per day can be produced.
For large-scale production of custom silicone hoses, multiple sets of tooling may be considered to enhance daily output.
ONE OFF HOSES:
We do not offer ONE OFF silicone hoses for private clients for personal cars, classic period cars or one off
replacements of obsolete hoses. It is not cost effective to produce one hose and tooling for private use.
