From a single prototype hose for validation, or small batches of 10~50 units,
to larger production of thousands of units.
We work to your scheduled delivery dates and can store your hoses if required.

Delivery & Lead Times:
Lead times vary throughout the year depending on peak demands and order volumes. We diligently work to optimise these timelines, ensuring that your projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
General lead times are 2-3 weeks during certain times of the year to 6-8 weeks during our busiest periods (including tooling and production).
Current projects include making hoses for advanced EV battery cooling systems (hoses), HVAC systems, hoses for bus, tractor and military applications, as well as aerospace projects.
Each job is approached with confidentiality and commitment to innovation and excellence.
About Our Tooling / Files Required:
Our mandrels (tooling) are generally fabricated from Stainless Steel.
We can work with a variety of file formats:
- STP files (preferred format)
- PDF files (showing all 3rd angle measurements)
- A sample / clean original hose to replicate
NOTE: Depending on the complexity, shape, size it is possible to produce 6 to 10 hoses per tool per day.
Large volume orders may require multiple sets of tooling to optimize daily output.
