Our Fuel Adaptors are fantastic for connecting two parts together that either need to expand or reduce in diameter or for changing the thread format in your system.
These adaptors are extremely high quality, machine billet 6063 aluminium and are hard anodised. Inside the adaptors are machine smooth and tapered for good fuel flow and fluid transfer. They are also compatible with all other brands of AN products.

We now have over 70 sizes available
to reduce one diameter to another. Our straight reducer silicone hoses are hand made to the highest quality. They are lined and multi-layered with quality fabric reinforcements. We are introducing many new sizes and have by far the worlds largest range of sizes available all in stock.
From super small to jumbo we are sure to have the silicone hose for you.

Roll beading is recommended for any pipes under pressure, if you are only an occasional car builder you may not want to fork out for the machine. This is where Viper Performance comes in, their roll beading tools are now available for hire. Hire prices start at just £6.42 per day* making this a very affordable option.
The beading machine available is ideal for aluminium and copper tubes up to 1.8mm wall. It will work with diameters from 19mm OD to 76mm OD tube in a few seconds.
We offer a weekly rental for only £75 including vat. This includes £45.00 rental charge, and £30.00 damages deposit. Deposit will be refunded as soon as roll beading tool has been returned and inspected.

This is a question that we are asked nearly everyday here at Viper Performance. The answer very much depends on what you are looking for.
If you are looking for a one off custom hose you need to consider that you will be paying for tooling to be produced. This can range from £90 to £450 depending on the complexity of the hose. You will then pay for the hose itself which ranges from £75. For a firm quotation we would need 3D drawings or an original hose but you are looking at a minimum of around £165 to produce a one off custom hose.
If you are looking for larger quantities then Viper Performance become very competitive for custom hose manufacturing. The price is the most competitive when 20 or more hoses are produced. Again this will involve a tooling cost and a prototype production cost but the further hoses are all available with significant discounts.

We are pleased to be returning to the National Kit Car Motor Show at Stoneleigh for our 10th Year. The show is on over the bank holiday weekend, Sunday 1st and Monday 2nd May.
This is the world’s largest Kit Car Show offering you a unique opportunity to see more Kit Cars in one place than at any other event. With over 4,000 kit cars, Hundreds of trade stands in 3 Exhibition Halls and outside. More than 100 club stands displaying their cars it is set to be a great day out.
We will be offering our bargain boxes again this year, which are always popular with customers.

Sin Cars had a successful weekend. “Sofia Car Motorsport” and the creator Rosen Daskalov were named as the best team and the fastest cat on the track from the fans on the circuit, at Monza during in the GT4 Championships.

Air Intake System created using various Viper Performance Aluminium Pipes
Viper Performance supplies a wide range of high quality aluminium pipes which are uniquely positioned as they have the tightest bend radius on the market. Available in a range of sizes from 16mm outer diameter to 102mm and everything in between the possibilities are endless.
The range on offer means creating a bespoke system is a real possibility. The pipes can be used to join hoses together to build a coolant, air induction intercooler or supercharger system.
The mirror polished finish means that there is no coating on these pipes, this allows them to be welded perfected together. One of our customers took advantage of this and created a customized air intake system (pictured) by purchasing a variety of bends directly from Viper Performance. We love to see the results that our customers get when purchasing our pipes. We think this is a particularly good example of just what you can achieve with our high quality products; A fantastic looking functional addition to the customers engine.
