Over the last few months, we have seen a several UK and European customers switching to Viper Performance for the Silicone hoses form they usual supplier.
We are able to service clients with hoses, pipes, and accessories thus offering the most complete range of race parts. From the feedback we are getting we understand that coloured hoses can be bought, elsewhere for a couple pounds less, however feedback from our new customers clearly show that Quality and value is more important that buying the cheapest quality available. We have found the low quality hoses which are increasing on the market via auction sites and resellers of poor quality imported goods, is good business for Viper Performance, as cheap hoses eventually need replacing. We have already seen a number of customers wanting to replace hoses they only bought 6 months ago ! (hardly a cost effective solution)
Dozens of trade customers are switching to Viper after trying other hose sellers,
and disillusioned with the quality, lack of technical help and knowledge, and poor after sales service.
