We now have a new product to add to our range. Hardline fittings to be used with hardline aluminium tubing coils.
Our hardline aluminium tubing coils are ideal for making DIY hardlines, brakelines, clutch lines. These fittings are made from high quality lightweight aluminium, precision CNC machined and finished with a high quality anodised finish. They are available in traditional Blue/Red colour,or NEW high Gloss Piano Black for the more discrete look or classic motor.

Viper performance has added 30° elbows to its range of universal hoses. We now have the biggest range of shapes and sizes available on the market.
The 30° elbows are super strong with multiple layers of reinforcement and an inner liner.

We will be at the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor show this weekend at the NEC. The show runs from 11-13 November and is one of the UK’s biggest classic car shows.

We now have unique camouflage silicone hoses available for purchase. We launched a camoflage hose back in 2009 as a special edition but this was discontinued in 2010. We have not offered any camo style hoses since 2010 but feel this new style is a really special product.
This new edition is a new pattern in the US army camo style, offering a unique finish. The hoses are individually hand built, and each one has a unique pattern. The hoses will be made by special order only so please contact us for details.

At the start of this year Euro VI regulations were introduced for newly registered vehicles. Vehicle manufacturers have had to overcome significant challenges in modern engine technology to comply with these regulations. In essence they call for further reductions in levels of nitrogen oxides and particulate matter.
Here at Viper Performance we have been proud to be able to be reactive to these changes and were well prepared for the challenges that were seen in 2016. Higher under bonnet temperatures, higher turbo pressures, increased coolant system pressures and stronger negative pressures in intake systems, have been typical problems, which have had to be overcome due to Euro VI.
Working with several major vehicle producers, we have turbo-charger (CAC), coolant and air intake hoses, for Euro VI vehicles. Using high quality silicone compounds, newer Aramid and revised constructions for coolant hoses, our hoses are more than capable of performing reliably on any modern engine. Our fluorosilicone lined hoses can ensure all potential issues are covered now and into the future.

Heat shielding products are designed to protect the shielded component from high temperatures and occasional flames. There are a range of health shielding products available to suit various applications, temperatures, and budgets.
Heat Sleeves are designed to protect hoses, wires and cables from the hazards of high heat. Viper Performance sleeves protect continuously to 260°C/500°F and will peak at 550°C. Produced from braided fiberglass yarns in a flexible substrate, and coated with a high grade BLACK gloss silicone rubber, it will protect and look great too.
Turbo Blankets are the best, easiest, and cheapest way to keep your turbo from causing heat damage to the rest of your car. Turbos get very hot, at times they get so hot they can melt nearby electronics, hoses, wires and ruin the paint on the hood. As heat damaged parts can be expensive to repair, prevention is better than cure.
Exhaust Wraps can reduce engine temperatures, and improve exhaust gas temperatures.
