Roll beading is recommended for any pipes under pressure, if you are only an occasional car builder you may not want to fork out for the machine. This is where Viper Performance comes in, their roll beading tools are now available for hire. Hire prices start at just £6.42 per day* making this a very affordable option.
The beading machine available is ideal for aluminium and copper tubes up to 1.8mm wall. It will work with diameters from 19mm OD to 76mm OD tube in a few seconds.
We offer a weekly rental for only £75 including vat. This includes £45.00 rental charge, and £30.00 damages deposit. Deposit will be refunded as soon as roll beading tool has been returned and inspected.

If you are looking for larger quantities then Viper Performance become very competitive for custom hose manufacturing. The price is the most competitive when 20 or more hoses are produced. Again this will involve a tooling cost and a prototype production cost but the further hoses are all available with significant discounts.
