Roll beading is recommended for any pipes under pressure, if you are only an occasional car builder you may not want to fork out for the machine. This is where Viper Performance comes in, their roll beading tools are now available for hire. Hire prices start at just £6.42 per day* making this a very affordable option.

The beading machine available is ideal for aluminium and copper tubes up to 1.8mm wall. It will work with diameters from 19mm OD to 76mm OD tube in a few seconds.

We offer a weekly rental for only £75 including vat. This includes £45.00 rental charge, and £30.00 damages deposit. Deposit will be refunded as soon as roll beading tool has been returned and inspected.

This is a question that we are asked nearly everyday here at Viper Performance. The answer very much depends on what you are looking for.

If you are looking for a one off custom hose you need to consider that you will be paying for tooling to be produced. This can range from £90 to £450 depending on the complexity of the hose. You will then pay for the hose itself which ranges from £75. For a firm quotation we would need 3D drawings or an original hose but you are looking at a minimum of around £165 to produce a one off custom hose.

If you are looking for larger quantities then Viper Performance become very competitive for custom hose manufacturing. The price is the most competitive when 20 or more hoses are produced. Again this will involve a tooling cost and a prototype production cost but the further hoses are all available with significant discounts.

We are pleased to be returning to the National Kit Car Motor Show at Stoneleigh for our 10th Year. The show is on over the bank holiday weekend, Sunday 1st and Monday 2nd May.

With over 4,000 kit cars, Hundreds of trade stands in 3 Exhibition Halls and outside. More than 100 club stands displaying their cars it is set to be a great day out.

Sin Cars had a successful weekend. “Sofia Car Motorsport” and the creator Rosen Daskalov were named as the best team and the fastest cat on the track from the fans on the circuit, at Monza during in the GT4 Championships.
