On the move again !
Wow, I can’t believe how hectic the last twelve months have been. You can see that from the number of blogs, there simply isn’t a week where we don’t design something new, make a new kit, a new show etc.. This means that we need more room!
We like where we are in the sticks, and although we believe in hard work frankly I could not face the prospect of moving too far with the hassle and disruption it takes. So we took on unit 9 right opposite our units 8d&e.
The short distance made it easier to move. We managed to move to a bigger single unit, in the space of 3 days over a long week end, causing almost no disruption to our day to day business.
So here is our new home after only 9 months since our last move.
With offices and a shown room built into inside the building with a trade counter, and two packing rooms all integrated to the main warehouse.
This new additional warehouse space will allow us to accommodate increased stocks and new product inventory planned for 2009/2010

New product Double Hump Hose for Vibration
We have launched our silicone Bellow hoses (double hump hoses) this was specially developed for for turbo / high temperature use and areas of vibration, where a standard hose coupler would split due to engine movement. The type of hoses can be also known as CAC hoses (Charge Air Cooling). we make these very useful hoses out of NOMEX fabric reinforcement to cope with high turbo temperatures up to 220°c, further reinforced by stainless steel rings to stop the hose from swelling and deforming under high pressure. We make them with a translucent inner liner to emphasize the pink even more.
