These hose connectors feature one convolution (hump), specially designed for areas of vibration, where engine movement may cause other hoses to stress and split. The single centre hump convolution acts as a cushion and offers some flexibility and vibration absorption.

These hump hose connectors are highly recommended for connecting intercoolers or charge air cooler to pipework. The Polyester Material makes them suitable for Coolant / Glycol, Water, Steam or air.

Nitrile rubber fuel hoseOur SAE J30 R6 approved Nitrile Rubber fuel hose is fully compliant with SVA regulation and most types of fuel. Sold by the meter length we have a range of diameters to suit your needs.

The fuel hose is excellent quality being Nitrile rubber all the way through with a single ply of fabric reinforcement. It has a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C therefore is extremely resilient.

This fuel hose is suitable for unleaded fuels, Methanol, Ethanol, and diesel. The hose has SAEJ30R6 markings, we do not recommend this type of hose for Bio Diesel.

The pipes are a perfect fit with all brands of hoses offering universal sizes. The pipes can be used to join hoses together to build a coolant, air induction intercooler or supercharger system. Pipes can also be welded together for custom fabrications.

All our pipes are hand mirror polished with De-burred edges and are roll beaded for that perfect hose retention so your hoses do not pop off or leak. When you need a simple hose connection we can supply from stock polished aluminium joiners in 2 length options.

Prevent fuel starvation with our Fuel Tanks

Fuel Cell Our Pro range fuel tanks are beautifully fabricated race spec units which are of a fantastic quality and extremely good value for money. The units are made from from 3mm thick 6063 aluminum and are robot TIG welded for perfect joins. The tanks have a lovely brushed finish and come complete with 4 pre-welded mounting brackets for easy installation.

What sets this product apart is its small sump system, which has been specially designed to prevent fuel starvation under heavy G forces. The sump system on these tanks sits just below the fuel level and the fuel pick up ports are positioned in the cavity at the base of the tank.

Supplied complete with anti explosion yellow foam to prevent explosion of vapor in the empty portion of the tank and to minimize sloshing that may cause inadequate fuel delivery to the motor.

The tanks are supplied to you complete with fuel sender unit set to 90 ohms. The units also have anodized aircraft style pull and twist filler cap. All parts such as the cap, sender and safety foam can be ordered separately as spares.
