Viper Performance has a fantastic new product available, The Flexible Cuffed Coolant Hose!

This new product connects your coolant hoses and water hoses where normal pre-moulded elbows just won’t do.

Our flexible silicone hose is constructed with a wire helix embedded into the wall of the hose, grooved on the outside to help with getting the tightest possible bend radius.blog 4

The ends of the hose are cuffed with a 50mm flat non-wired section, making it easy to connect and to clamp.

Viper Performance’s Carbon Fibre Pipes, Now in stock!

We have now added to our range of Japanese Toray high quality materials. We are supplying Carbon Fibre Pipes as either 90° carbon bends, 45° carbon bends or straight sections which are 300mm long.

Our Carbon Fibre Pipes are made with quality carbon and are not to be confused with cheaper versions. Cheap carbon coated pipes only give the appearance of carbon.

Carbon fibre is super light and very strong, ideal for air intake systems and more.

Vipers Silicone Hoses used to help set a new outright speed record

Jarrod “Jack” Frost, one of Viper Performance’s clients, has set a new outright speed record for the standing mile and flying quarter on his bike, averaging over both directions 254mph. Our Silicone Hoses were proudly used in the bike which was used in this event.blog for race

Jarrod and Co put the new Dunlops through their paces as they had to brake so hard at the end of a fast run as stopping distance was short.

The bikes are so powerful all they need is some good weather and a bit of luck and hopefully they will be gaining some good 270+ speeds

Viper Performance Attend the National Kit Kar Show

Once a year at the Kit car Show Viper Performance makes available its bargain boxes which are usually only available to browse at Viper’s showroom.

It’s all good fun seeing car builders grabbing bags full of our hoses at this price to help them with their build.

Our hoses were as good as new, slight seconds, or incorrectly cut, slightly longer or shorter etc..so absolute bargain!

Silicone sponge cords are commonly used for sealing electrical enclosures, exterior light fittings and hand held instruments, protecting them from moisture and dust ingress.

New Hose Joiner now available

M10 Joiner x 1000We now have on offer a very handy aluminium pipe specially developed to enable you to connect two silicone hoses together or simply weld into a custom air intake pipework.

This is a fantastic product for those wishing to modify the air intake system, building custom induction kits, or for modifying ECU set up. An M10x1.25 female thread is TIG welded into the centre of the pipe and positioned so that you can plumb in an air sensor into the sensor.

Pipes are all mirror polished 6063 aluminium, roll beaded ends for perfect hose retention, and thread is CHC machined and TIG welded into centre. Many sizes available.
