Unique use for our Aluminium Pipes

Aluminium PipesOur aluminium pipes are often thought of as engine parts, but they can be so much more! One of our clients has found a rather unique use for our aluminium pipes and we were intrigued to find out more.

Jamie Linwood produces bespoke tuned percussion instruments and has utilized our aluminium pipes to produce a Batphone. These outdoor instruments create a fantastic sound and we were amazed at this application.

For his Aluminium Batphone Jamie used 100mm (4″) diameter aluminium pipes this thick walled pipe makes it very strong. Jamie says they ‘produce a superior sound to the plastic version; louder and very responsive’

The National Kit Car Motor Show coming soon.

We will be exhibiting at the world’s biggest kit car show, held at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire during the bank holiday weekend at the beginning of May.

The National Kit Car Motor show will be hosting 4,000 kit cars, 400 trade stands in 5 exhibition halls and 300 outside trade and club stands.
