Viper Performance has launched a new reducing diameter aluminum hose connector. These components are hard to find in the market place however are extremely handy being ideal to join any brand silicone hoses, or rubber hose. These connectors are designed to fit inside the hose perfectly.
This aluminium part is reducing in diameter meaning that it is the perfect solution where you wish to expand or reduce the size of your pipe work. They are mirror polished and have a smooth tapered reduction for better airflow. As the reducers have a polished surface, not a coated surface, you can weld them with another 6063 aluminium grade if required. The reducers are not roll beaded for this reason.
The aluminium reducer can be used for intercoolers, superchargers, air intakes, RAM, Air feeds, Induction pipes and hoses, can be clamped to air ducting. So whether your looking for a funnel for an air feed, or reducer for the intercooler pipe work these parts can offer you the solution you have been after.

Viper Performance now have a supply deal for all silicone hoses for the German based car manufacturer Sin Cars.
Sin Cars selected Viper Performance products due their quality and reliability. When racing the choice of materials and components is critical in obtaining the highest performance possible.
The latest project carried out by Sin Cars is the Sin R1. The R1 boasts a modern design that meets all requirements in terms of the technical capabilities and aerodynamics used in the motorsport industry. Not only will the R1 have presence on the street, but also will be able to hold its own out on track.
When talking about the future for Sin Cars in the press they have said “Our plans are concentrated on the constant improvement and development of vehicles and the technology involved.” Here at Viper Performance we are looking forward to our hoses playing a part in this improvement.
Sin Cars will be taking part in the GT Cup Championship and as such will be racing at Donington Park National on 26th and 27th April.

Our Pro range fuel tanks are beautifully fabricated race spec units which are of a fantastic quality and extremely good value for money. The units are made from from 3mm thick 6063 aluminum and are robot TIG welded for perfect joins. The tanks have a lovely brushed finish and come complete with 4 pre-welded mounting brackets for easy installation.
What sets this product apart is its small sump system, which has been specially designed to prevent fuel starvation under heavy G forces. The sump system on these tanks sits just below the fuel level and the fuel pick up ports are positioned in the cavity at the base of the tank.
Supplied complete with anti explosion yellow foam to prevent explosion of vapor in the empty portion of the tank and to minimize sloshing that may cause inadequate fuel delivery to the motor.
The tanks are supplied to you complete with fuel sender unit set to 90 ohms. The units also have anodized aircraft style pull and twist filler cap. All parts such as the cap, sender and safety foam can be ordered separately as spares.

We have just released a one way fuel system Check Valve for Bosch fuel pumps.
The valve comes with AN DASH 6 or DASH 8 threads that are compatible with Bosch pump fittings.
The valves are machined from Billet 6061 aluminium and are available in a choice of Blue or Black.

These new barb connectors from Viper Performance are ideal for fitting a flexible hose to a component or stainless steel AN fitting pipe run.
The come with either male or female AN thread fittings on one end and a choice of 5/16″, 3/8″ or 1/2″ barb fittings on the other.
