The fittings are also suitable for Viper’s nylon braided hoses and other manufacturer’s 200 type hoses. The fittings are re-usable,and made from high quality alloy, precision CNC and finished in quality anodised traditional Blue and Red colours.
The fittings are sold in AN-(dash) sizes from -06 to -12 sizes and are available as Straight swivel,45°, 90° and 120° Angle Hose Fittings.Prices range from £8.50 up to £29.99. Prices include VAT.

NEW Aluminium pipes T PIECE connectors
NEW Viper Performance Aluminium Tee Pieces.
If you ever need to add a sensor, sender,breather pipe or dump valve to an existing hose run, Viper-Performance now have a great range of alloy tee pieces to enable you to do the job in minutes. These alloy Tee Pieces are made from 6063 T6 aerospace grade aluminium that can bewelded easily if required.
The main pipe is 100mm long (4”) and has awall thickness of 5mm. The Tee piece is CNC machined and TIG welded in place. Then the whole assembly is polished to a mirror finish. The pipes feature bevelled ends for secure hose clamping. Various diameters from 38mm up to 76mm are available for the main pipe and 16mm to 25mm for the take off. Prices range from £19.99 to £28.99 including VAT. Viper Tee Pieces make a great partner for their silicone hose range.
NEW breather hose outlet / SELF SEAL TAKE OFFS
Viper Performance’s Alloy Self Sealing ‘Take-off’ Hose Connections are a fantastic piece of kit. The hose breather take offs, have been specially designed and CNC machined from billet aluminium.
When you need a special take-off port in a rubber or silicone hose, simply drill a small hole into the hose where required,and pop this special fitting into the hose.
The fitting provides a leak proof connection for air, water etc.. and can be used for breathers, sensors, gauges and thermostatic fan controllers. Viper Self Sealing Connections feature a flat seat in order to minimise flow disruption inside the main hose. The barbed finish on the fitting will also provide a good seal with the take-off hose.
The connections are made from aluminium, and supplied lubricated, complete with a washer. Available in 3 sizes (8, 13,and 16mm diameters) from only £12.50 +vat.
NEW stainless steel braided OIL / FUEL hoses
Viper-Performance are branching out into new areas. Our latest product is a range of super quality stainless steel braided hose. This hose is suitable forOil, Fuel, Carburetor,Brakes, Clutch,Water/Coolant or vacuum etc. As with all Viper Performance products, quality is paramount. Our braided hoses offer excellent quality at a very competitive price compared with other brands. It is suitable for fast road use, racing and many other applications. The inner hose is NBR nitrile rubber is resistant to fuel, oil andother fluids. The outer layers consist of two layers of braided stainless steel to protect the hose fromdamage and prevent the inner hose from expanding under pressure.
Viper stock NBR lined stainless steel braided hoses in sizes AN DASH 4 (5.56mm) to AN, DASH 12 (17.47mm) and sold by the half metre length.

Ends are supplied taped ready to insert into standard end fittings.

Viper Performance RACE & EVENT SUPPORT UNIT
After 5 years of doing shows, we have decided to change the way we do shows.
From this race season you will start to see our all new bespoke built exhibition unit.
We have invested in an extended wheel base, extended chassis show van which will enable Viper performance to attend outdoor race meets, and events and thus offer a “Support Unit”. Our Knowledgeable staff will be at hand with the vehicle to answer any of your questions.
We have taken delivery of our special built vehicle today and here is it, unveiled for the first time, it will be off to the sign writers for some cool graphics, you will soon be able to see this very eye catchy unit at shows for yourself which we have had painted in Ferrari Race Red.
Our race support unit will see it’s first show at the Stoneleigh kit car show next month,
a show which we attend each year, so we only have a few weeks to kit it out and finish it off the our first road show !. The support unit vehicle will carry stocks of every single hose, in every shape, and every colour, as well as all our pipes, accessories etc..
So if you need something on the day, so do come and see us. If you have burst a hose on a race day, we can sort something out for you to get you going again, it’s cheaper than joining the AA 🙂 . We will also have all the items at hand for you to build your new intercooler / induction / or supercharger system on site if you require. And with product like our hose repair tape, we can get you back on the tack !

NEW Bespoke / Commercial & Passenger Vehicles
Viper Performance hoses are not only about cars, in fact we supply our hoses in every industry. We now offer high Temperature Bespoke hoses built to your specification.
We have developed a new ‘extreme duty’ silicone turbo hose that will be available for bespoke applications.
The hoses are made from a special high temperature silicone and finished with a silicone liner with Nomex reinforcement capable of withstanding temperature up to 240°C.
To enable the hoses to also cope with extreme pressure the hoses have strengthening ‘humps’which are further reinforced with stainless steel external bands.The hoses can be made to any size and shape, including angles and changes of diameter as shownby the examples in the picture.
The hoses, which are a spin off from Viper’s commercial vehicle division where huge turbos are commonplace, are ideal for race engine builders and tuners intending to develop their own high performance turbo kits. Prices start at £49.99 per hose for bespoke one offs.

In all, the process suggests a humanised approach to workers and to increasing productivity.
