Viper Performance hoses are not only about cars, in fact we supply our hoses in every industry. We now offer high Temperature Bespoke hoses built to your specification.
We have developed a new ‘extreme duty’ silicone turbo hose that will be available for bespoke applications.
The hoses are made from a special high temperature silicone and finished with a silicone liner with Nomex reinforcement capable of withstanding temperature up to 240°C.
To enable the hoses to also cope with extreme pressure the hoses have strengthening ‘humps’which are further reinforced with stainless steel external bands.The hoses can be made to any size and shape, including angles and changes of diameter as shownby the examples in the picture.
The hoses, which are a spin off from Viper’s commercial vehicle division where huge turbos are commonplace, are ideal for race engine builders and tuners intending to develop their own high performance turbo kits. Prices start at £49.99 per hose for bespoke one offs.

Viper Performance adopts the Japanese Kaizen Process
At Viper Performance Hoses we always improve and inovate.
This is why we have adopted the Kaizen daily process.
The purpose of which goes beyond simple productivity improvement.
It is also a process that, when done correctly, humanises the workplace, eliminates overly hard work, and teaches people how to perform experiments on their work using the specific methods and how to learn to spot and eliminate waste in business processes.
In all, the process suggests a humanised approach to workers and to increasing productivity.
The idea is to nurture the company’s human resources as much as it is to praise and encourage participation in kaizen activities.”
Successful implementation requires the participation of workers in the improvement.
People at all levels of our organisation participate in kaizen, from the Directors down to cleaners.
This has been the business ethos of Viper for years, now all staff apply the kaizen process daily. Already within weeks since implementing this, we have made many procedure and simple changes which will makes us more and more efficient day by day.

In the Silicone Hose market, we are not the oldest company about, this year we are entering our 6th year of business.
Compared to other brands which are approaching the 20th anniversary, we are relatively a “New player”.
Due to our business model of supplying very high quality product, and with a stock base of over 20,000 single hoses on the shelf at any time, combined with our 1st class service we have made very good progress into the market with continuous growth each year despite a more difficult market in recent years due to motorsport and project cutbacks, recession etc.. Viper Performance for the Professional Motorsport Expo
Once again we attend the 3 day Proffesional Motorsport World Expo in Germany,
It is hard work driving there with a van full of equipment and setting up, but we love it !
This year we show case new hoses, to include commercial hoses suitable for
Charge Air Cooler, nomex and heavy duty. We always enjoy talking to trade customers
new and old, and assisting teams, Formula Students with our technical knowledge.

we get involved in many industries, here is a more unusual use
for our aluminium pipes which you will usualy find under the bonet for intercoolers, superchargers etc..
We supplied Jamie Linwood with our 102mm OD (4″) aluminium pipes.
a tight bend radius and long length pipes where specified for for a very different use,
