Viper Performance has won an overseas defense vehicle refurbishment contract for 200 vehicles to be refurbished over the next two years.
This will involve us designing, tooling and manufacturing all hoses and pipes for Coolant, Turbo, induction and intercooler connections. After a long pre-selection process with our competitors, and contract tendering, our client selected Viper Performance as a supplier after demonstrating it’s quality of product,
and 1st class complete professional service we offer, and commitment in the timely completion of the contract.

Any advance in materials, pigments, fabrics, tooling etc is looked into and if if can make further improvements and stay ahead of the rest with the best product we do it regardless of cost. This is exactly what we have done again.
In the next few months, we will be making alterations to all of our tooling,
mirror polishing the surface which will give an ultra smooth shiny inner finish to our silicone hoses. This improvement and attention to detail will increase air, and water flow for even better performance.
We will also increase our inner liner to 1 or 1.2mm in the future, this again will add even more quality! , plus the benefit of a 3 year warranty, you cannot buy a better hose !.
Every Viper hose is carefully hand crafted, checked for air traps, hand cut on a jig, cleaned,and inspected again before shipping, and carries our 3 year warranty.
