Viper Performance are excited to introduce a new product, the unique universal Y piece silicone hose. These hose connectors are very carefully hand crafted and are completely unique to the market place.

Here at Viper Performance we are always looking to innovate and develop new products, which meet the needs of our customers. We are the ONLY company currently producing this type of hose, all other established manufacturers in business 25 yrs or more have not released a part like this.

The main body is the larger of the diameter, reducing and splitting down to two equal branches. Beautifully moulded there is no “flashing” of silicone inside the join, for am excellent air / water flow.

We expect that these hoses will mainly be used for water or air connections to inter-cooler systems. However, the Y piece hose will also be ideal for any split connections.

Viper Performance are pleased to launch new products to the market. These galvanised steel hose connectors are ideal to join and connect rubber or silicone hoses together. The barbed ends mean that these connectors grip better onto the hose. We recommend using hose clamps to secure the joiner if the application will be under pressure.

We have tee piece hose connectors available, which are normally very hard to find and offer an ideal solution for small diameter hoses. The connectors can be used on up to 32mm Internal Diameter for coolant / car radiator application by connecting or reducing a connection in diameter.

We also have a number of straight and reducing connectors available. These range from 8mm outer diameter up to 22mm and are also hard to find. They offer an ideal solution for small diameter hose, connecting or reducing a connection in diameter.

We can now supply super long silicone hoses in many diameters. We already stock 4 meter continuous silicone hose lengths, in common water sizes but we can supply large bore hoses, up to 76mm diameter, in 4 meter lengths, reinforced silicone.

Radiator coolant sizes are available such as 32 to 38mm diameter , as well as large 51mm to 76mm diameters for machine, agriculture or marine use.

The large hoses are of industrial grade, lighter blue. These hoses are made to order and usually supplied in 3-7 days.

Always innovating, and pushing boundaries, hose manufacturers Viper Performance have made a series of completely unique custom Silicone Hoses for a wealthy Private client in Brazil. The client wishing to remain anonymous has a private collection of exotic sports cars, and has commissioned Viper Performance to make very unique Silicone hoses for a special project.

Never before has another silicone hose manufacturer made unique exclusive hoses representing a country’s flag. Viper Performance have the know how, and technical knowledge to manufacture such hoses and meet a client specific brief.

To make the hoses Viper Performance had to colour match silicone pigments to a specific colour asked by the client, make and print the Brazilian Flag onto the hoses, all in advance of the Word Cup 2014!.

Viper Performance cannot disclose exact price paid, however much work is involved in mixing colours, making a workable raw material batch, designing and printing logos costs well into the 4 figure sums. This was a one off project, these hoses are exclusive and will never be produced again.

Viper Performance does not normally do commissioned work like this, and mainly focuses on manufacturing universal hoses and direct replacement hose kits in best selling popular Blue, Red and Black, other colours are also available by special order. Viper Performance has not made special ltd edition coloured hoses since 2011, but in the past made dayglow hoses, Gold hoses, Silver coloured hoses as special limited runs.

These “Brazil Edition Custom Hoses” are a work of art and will likely never be seen in the flesh as our private collector keeps his cars well hidden.
