will prevent hoses running in parallel to rub together, adding a separator to the system will keep the hoses tidy and in line, and also adds great visual appearance to your system.

Commonly used with braided hoses, they can also be used for silicone hoses, vacuum lines etc.. these hose separators will also work with all other brands of braided hoses.

Viper-Performance Fuel Filler Hoses
There’s no holding the team at Viper-Performance.  This month they have yet another new productline – silicone fuel filler hose kits. The universal kits use a special grade of silicone hose that features a Fuel Resistant Inner Liner.
The silicone outer layers of the hose are ideal for filler usage as the silicone hose has a long life expectancy and won’t crack, age or fade with time or use.
The hose is made from the aforementioned Fuel Resistant Inner Liner plus a 4 ply silicone construction. The Viper Performance hoses are longer than most fuel fillers with 150x150mm long legs that can easily be cut to the required length. The hoses are available in 90° and 45° angles and are supplied in Black to maintain a classic look.
All Filler Hose kits are supplied with two heavy duty T bolt clamps as shown.

Viper Performance Black Braided Hose and Piano Black End Fittings.
Hot on the heels of their braided hose range, Viper Performance has now introduced a Black Braided Hose range with end fitting in high gloss Piano Black.
the hoses have an NBR (NitrileButadiene Rubber) inner layer which is resistant to fuel, oil and other fluids, covered with a layer of braided stainless steel to protect the hose from damage and prevent the inner hose from expanding under pressure.
Finally an outer layer of black nylon gives the hose a unique finish that puts it right at home on any classic, retro, street or race car.
Viper Performance Hose End Fittings in black provide the finishing touches to the hose installation. They are suitable for all 200 type hoses and are re-usable.
The high quality alloy components are precisionCNC machined and then anodised in stunning high gloss black. Viper Performance also recently release the traditional race Red/Blue end fittings.

Viper Performance Hoses Weld On Alloy Bosses.
If you have the ability to weld, ViperPerformance are now offering a range of weld on alloy bosses to enable you to add breathers, air takeoffs and nipples to anexisting aluminum pipe. The alloy take offs are available in a number of outer diameters.
They are CNC machined with fish tail design flanges to reliably secure any type of hose on to thetake off.Viper take off bosses are supplied with a mirror finish. A selection of sizes are available to fit hoses with an internal diameter from 10mm up to 22mm.

These end fittings are to go with our recently released stainless steel braided hose, ViperPerformance now have arange of end fittings.
The fittings are also suitable for Viper’s nylon braided hoses and other manufacturer’s 200 type hoses. The fittings are re-usable,and made from high quality alloy, precision CNC and finished in quality anodised traditional Blue and Red colours.

NEW Viper Performance Aluminium Tee Pieces.
If you ever need to add a sensor, sender,breather pipe or dump valve to an existing hose run, Viper-Performance now have a great range of alloy tee pieces to enable you to do the job in minutes. These alloy Tee Pieces are made from 6063 T6 aerospace grade aluminium that can bewelded easily if required.
The main pipe is 100mm long (4”) and has awall thickness of 5mm. The Tee piece is CNC machined and TIG welded in place. Then the whole assembly is polished to a mirror finish. The pipes feature bevelled ends for secure hose clamping. Various diameters from 38mm up to 76mm are available for the main pipe and 16mm to 25mm for the take off.
