Viper Performance’s Alloy Self Sealing ‘Take-off’ Hose Connections are a fantastic piece of kit. The hose breather take offs, have been specially designed and CNC machined from billet aluminium.
When you need a special take-off port in a rubber or silicone hose, simply drill a small hole into the hose where required,and pop this special fitting into the hose.
The fitting provides a leak proof connection for air, water etc.. and can be used for breathers, sensors, gauges and thermostatic fan controllers. Viper Self Sealing Connections feature a flat seat in order to minimise flow disruption inside the main hose. The barbed finish on the fitting will also provide a good seal with the take-off hose.
The connections are made from aluminium, and supplied lubricated, complete with a washer. Available in 3 sizes (8, 13,and 16mm diameters) from only £12.50 +vat.

NEW stainless steel braided OIL / FUEL hoses
Viper-Performance are branching out into new areas. Our latest product is a range of super quality stainless steel braided hose. This hose is suitable forOil, Fuel, Carburetor,Brakes, Clutch,Water/Coolant or vacuum etc. As with all Viper Performance products, quality is paramount. Our braided hoses offer excellent quality at a very competitive price compared with other brands. It is suitable for fast road use, racing and many other applications. The inner hose is NBR nitrile rubber is resistant to fuel, oil andother fluids. The outer layers consist of two layers of braided stainless steel to protect the hose fromdamage and prevent the inner hose from expanding under pressure.
Viper stock NBR lined stainless steel braided hoses in sizes AN DASH 4 (5.56mm) to AN, DASH 12 (17.47mm) and sold by the half metre length.
Prices start at £7.50 per half metre and include VAT.
Ends are supplied taped ready to insert into standard end fittings.

We have developed a new ‘extreme duty’ silicone turbo hose that will be available for bespoke applications.
The hoses are made from a special high temperature silicone and finished with a silicone liner with Nomex reinforcement capable of withstanding temperature up to 240°C.
To enable the hoses to also cope with extreme pressure the hoses have strengthening ‘humps’which are further reinforced with stainless steel external bands.The hoses can be made to any size and shape, including angles and changes of diameter as shownby the examples in the picture.
The hoses, which are a spin off from Viper’s commercial vehicle division where huge turbos are commonplace, are ideal for race engine builders and tuners intending to develop their own high performance turbo kits. Prices start at £49.99 per hose for bespoke one offs.
