In the next few months, we will be making alterations to all of our tooling,
mirror polishing the surface which will give an ultra smooth shiny inner finish to our silicone hoses. This improvement and attention to detail will increase air, and water flow for even better performance.
We will also increase our inner liner to 1 or 1.2mm in the future, this again will add even more quality! , plus the benefit of a 3 year warranty, you cannot buy a better hose !.

Every Viper hose is carefully hand crafted, checked for air traps, hand cut on a jig, cleaned,and inspected again before shipping, and carries our 3 year warranty.

Viper Performance silicone hoses are not only just about cars,
we have recently been supplying into the Rail Industry specialist silicone grades,
which are Fire Retardant and Low Toxicity grades suitable and approved for
transport of water, coolant, air, etc.. in the passenger vehicle market.

At Viper performance we never stay still,
4 months ago we make a limited special edition colour in GOLD.
Now we have our first ltd edition colour for 2010 with another
EXCLUSIVE colour to our range of silicone hoses. We are the first to offer this colour
to the sport / performance after market. We got the inspiration from hoses made in transparent silicone for the food and Pharmaceutical industries.
We adapted the design and material to suit the automotive industry and presto
we have Translucent hoses !!.

We unveiled this at Autosport International 2010 In January as a teaser / prototype,
after much very good feedback from our visitors, we have decided to launch
our new edition hoses using a transparent see through silicone, combining this
with the white colour of the Polyester fabric, it allows the hoses to show the fabric
with an opaque look totally unique for show and VERY limited !!.
With brightly coloured coolant fluids, it will look quite unique once mounted to a coolant system. We are once more the1st to do this in the aftermaket.
Hurry though we won’t be doing this colour for ever we you know as limited editions

As part of our continual expansion into the ability to make and supply
any hose in any shape, we have now tooled up for new silicone hose shapes
to include 180° U bends, and reducing elbows in 45°.

we now can make hoses in 2, 3 or even 4 meters in continuous lengths.

We have launched our silicone Bellow hoses (double hump hoses) this was specially developed for for turbo / high temperature use and areas of vibration, where a standard hose coupler would split due to engine movement. The type of hoses can be also known as CAC hoses (Charge Air Cooling). we make these very useful hoses out of NOMEX fabric reinforcement to cope with high turbo temperatures up to 220°c, further reinforced by stainless steel rings to stop the hose from swelling and deforming under high pressure.  In stock now and available now !
