We now publish all comments we receive on our website for all to see,
in our NEW testimonials page.
We have been keeping most of our customers email comments,
when a comment is received good, or bad we discuss this with the Viper
team so when praise is given our staff will know,  and should you have a complaint,
we would treat this with priorirty and also discuss with the team to look for ways
of improving where possible, and also publish this for all to see!

All new VIPER PERFORMANCE website

After 18 months of work, and £8000 cost, we go live with our 3rd Generation website.
We have completely gutted our older site, new databases, new images, we have made
radical changes to our website to provide users with easy, intuitive navigation, full of information.
it is now very easy to find your way around the new site, and makes
shopping for your silicon hoses, pipes and accessories a breeze.
The new site will also cater for a plethora of new product lines in development
for 2012 and 2013.


The idea is to also produce professional informative demo videps of the entire Viper range, this will take time as there are over 50 videos to film and edit!
The new site certainly looks very modern and uses the latest web designs.  This is our third site change in 6 years. Viper Performance is always about
innovation, the site is easy to use on tablets such as Ipads etc..
and will also in the near future intergrate social networking to the site.

In the next week or two we will be completing our movie, with a new HD channel,
the video will be on the home page showing all manufacturing processes.
This video will be in full HD for best quality.

Viper launches new PRO RANGE

Viper performance will be launching some exciting new products from next month under the PRO RANGE banner. This premium quality product is focused on competition specification parts, with hot new products like Race Spec Fuel cells and oil catch cans to start with.  Throughout 2012 the PRO RANGE will expand, and several new lines will be added. ….watch this space

Closing for Christmas and New Year

We will all be taking a deserved rest as 2011 has been a crazy year
for us with an average of 4 new product launches per month,
that is bringing you a new item each week on average !

Some of us will be heading to the nearest beach for a tan, and forget the cold English weather for a while.
We will be closed from 25th DEC until 4th JAN 2012
you can still order online, but we will only resume shipping on the 4th

We are working relentlessly towards finishing our website for the last quarter of 2011.

NEW showroom for Viper Performance Hoses

Every item we offer is on show for you to see, touch and feel the quality,
or ask our helpful staff technical information.
Also you can buy on the day and take your purchase with you!

We have finished refurbishing our all new extended showroom which now has more display space at 28 square meters and features an integrated trade counter.
We welcome all visitors by prior appointment.

Viper Performance adopts the Japanese Kaizen Process

At Viper Performance Hoses we always improve and inovate.
This is why we have adopted the Kaizen daily process.
The purpose of which goes beyond simple productivity improvement.
It is also a process that, when done correctly, humanises the workplace, eliminates overly hard work, and teaches people how to perform experiments on their work using the specific methods and how to learn to spot and eliminate waste in business processes.
In all, the process suggests a humanised approach to workers and to increasing productivity.
The idea is to nurture the company’s human resources as much as it is to praise and encourage participation in kaizen activities.”
Successful implementation requires the participation of workers in the improvement.
People at all levels of our organisation participate in kaizen, from the Directors down to cleaners.
This has been the business ethos of Viper for years, now all staff apply the kaizen process daily. Already within weeks since implementing this, we have made many procedure and simple changes which will makes us more and more efficient day by day.

NEW Trade desk now opened

We have built our all new Trade counter, which is integrated to our showroom.
The showroom is also undergoing refurbishment as we speak.
We welcome trade and public visitors at the desk, you can come and order or collect your order in person by appointment. We look forward to seeing you.


New Year & lots of new product for 2011 !

In the Silicone Hose market, we are not the oldest company about, this year we are entering our 6th year of business.
Compared to other brands which are approaching the 20th anniversary, we are relatively a “New player”.
Due to our business model of supplying very high quality product, and with a stock base of over 20,000 single hoses on the shelf at any time, combined with our 1st class service we have made very good progress into the market with continuous growth each year despite a more difficult market in recent years due to motorsport and project cutbacks, recession etc..   We wish to thank all our clients past and new for trusting Viper,
and look forward to 2011 with Viper committing to several new product lines, a new brand new website later in 2011.

– In February we will implement the Japanese Kaizen method thus and always improving.
– In 2011 we plan to do new style “roadShows” 2011 will be our busiest year.
