We have been keeping most of our customers email comments,
when a comment is received good, or bad we discuss this with the Viper
team so when praise is given our staff will know,  and should you have a complaint,
we would treat this with priorirty and also discuss with the team to look for ways
of improving where possible, and also publish this for all to see!
