The pipes are a perfect fit with all brands of hoses offering universal sizes. The pipes can be used to join hoses together to build a coolant, air induction intercooler or supercharger system. Pipes can also be welded together for custom fabrications.

Available in a range of sizes from 16mm outer diameter to 102mm and everything in between we are sure to have the pipe your after. All our pipes are hand mirror polished with De-burred edges and are roll beaded for that perfect hose retention so your hoses do not pop off or leak. When you need a simple hose connection we can supply from stock polished aluminium joiners in 2 length options.

Prevent fuel starvation with our Fuel Tanks

Fuel Cell Our Pro range fuel tanks are beautifully fabricated race spec units which are of a fantastic quality and extremely good value for money. The units are made from from 3mm thick 6063 aluminum and are robot TIG welded for perfect joins. The tanks have a lovely brushed finish and come complete with 4 pre-welded mounting brackets for easy installation.

What sets this product apart is its small sump system, which has been specially designed to prevent fuel starvation under heavy G forces. The sump system on these tanks sits just below the fuel level and the fuel pick up ports are positioned in the cavity at the base of the tank.

Supplied complete with anti explosion yellow foam to prevent explosion of vapor in the empty portion of the tank and to minimize sloshing that may cause inadequate fuel delivery to the motor.

The tanks are supplied to you complete with fuel sender unit set to 90 ohms. The units also have anodized aircraft style pull and twist filler cap. All parts such as the cap, sender and safety foam can be ordered separately as spares.

Viper AN Thread Check Valve

The valve comes with AN DASH 6 or DASH 8 threads that are compatible with Bosch pump  fittings.

The valves are machined from Billet 6061 aluminium and are available in a choice of Blue or Black.

The come with either male or female AN thread fittings on one end and a choice of 5/16″, 3/8″  or 1/2″ barb fittings on the other.

Viper AN/JIC Fuel Shut Off Valve

The Fuel Shut Off Valve is a vital safety device to shut off fuel to the engine by means of a manual tap. it also makes a good anti theft device by shutting off fuel supply, independently of other systems.

Silicone Hoses for Smart Car Turbo

We’re quite into Smart Cars here at Viper, especially when they’re turbocharged!

So what could be more natural than for us to offer a couple of silicone hose kits for the Smart Turbo?

Part number 087 is a two hose coolant kit that retails at £69.00 including VAT, and the air intake TIK pipe – complete with alloy connectors –  can be ordered as part number 088 at £79.00 including VAT. We like to push our Smart to the limits so we’ve gone overboard on the engineering with tough internal liners and several plies of silicone outers.  The hoses are available in a choice of blue, red or black
