Our Fuel Adaptors are fantastic for connecting two parts together that either need to expand or reduce in diameter or for changing the thread format in your system.

Roll beading is recommended for any pipes under pressure, if you are only an occasional car builder you may not want to fork out for the machine. This is where Viper Performance comes in, their roll beading tools are now available for hire. Hire prices start at just £6.42 per day* making this a very affordable option.
The beading machine available is ideal for aluminium and copper tubes up to 1.8mm wall. It will work with diameters from 19mm OD to 76mm OD tube in a few seconds.
We offer a weekly rental for only £75 including vat. This includes £45.00 rental charge, and £30.00 damages deposit. Deposit will be refunded as soon as roll beading tool has been returned and inspected.

The centerline radius refers to the distance from the center of the curve to the centerline axis of the hose. This is often abbreviated as CLR. This should make it easier for our customers to select the correct hose.

This is a question that we are asked nearly everyday here at Viper Performance. The answer very much depends on what you are looking for.
If you are looking for a one off custom hose you need to consider that you will be paying for tooling to be produced. This can range from £90 to £450 depending on the complexity of the hose. You will then pay for the hose itself which ranges from £75. For a firm quotation we would need 3D drawings or an original hose but you are looking at a minimum of around £165 to produce a one off custom hose.
If you are looking for larger quantities then Viper Performance become very competitive for custom hose manufacturing. The price is the most competitive when 20 or more hoses are produced. Again this will involve a tooling cost and a prototype production cost but the further hoses are all available with significant discounts.

We have an exclusive product available here at Viper Performance, which can only be purchased from us. The Boost Brace offers a cost effective solution to the common problem of hoses “popping off”.
High pressure within turbo systems can cause hoses to slip and pop off. Although all Viper Performance aluminium pipes come with Roll Beaded ends to prevent hoses slipping, in some cases pressure is so high that even the tightest fitted hoses are unable to stay in place. If you are taking part in a race this can be bad news.
The boost brace is a new bracket specifically designed to stop this from happening. Simply weld the flat seat of the feet onto your aluminium pipes, adjust the length of your bracket, and eureka, hoses will never come off again.

Our mandrel bends have the tightest bend radius on the market. Why is it important to buy a mandrel bent pipe?
Well, when a pipe is manufactured with mandrel bends, the metal is allowed to stretch on the outside of the bend and compress on the inside of the bend. This maintains the nominal pipe diameter thus allowing the gases to flow with less turbulence. Don’t be tempted by cheap pressure bent pipes they will not provide you with the same performance that our high quality mandrel bent pipes will.
