We do not offer ONE OFFs silicone hoses for private clients for personal cars, classic period cars or one off
replacements of obsolete hoses, this is because It is not cost effective to produce one hose and tooling for private use.
A single ONE OFF hose with tooling would easily cost in excess of £350+ .

We can produce everything from single prototype for validation, small batches of 10~50 units, as well as larger scale production of thousands of units to your scheduled delivery dates.

To quote your project we will need a 3D STEP file or detailed PDF drawing of your design.
Delivery & Lead Times:
Delivery and lead schedules may vary throughout the year, influenced by peak demands and order volumes. We diligently work to optimise these timelines, ensuring that your projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Typically our lead times can be as quick as 2-3 weeks during certain times of the year to 6-8 weeks during our busiest periods (including tooling and production).
Current projects include making hoses for advanced EV battery cooling systems (hoses), HVAC systems, hoses for bus, tractor and military applications, as well as aerospace projects.
Each job is approached with confidentiality and commitment to innovation and excellence.
About Our Tooling / Files Required:
Our mandrels (tooling) are generally fabricated from Stainless Steel.
We can work with a variety of file formats:
- STP files (preferred format)
- PDF files (showing all 3rd angle measurements)
- A sample / clean original hose to replicate
NOTE: Depending on the complexity, shape, size it is possible to produce 6 to 10 hoses per tool per day.
Large volume orders may require multiple sets of tooling to optimize daily output.
