Built Stronger / Extra Reinforced (4,5 or 6 ply)

Unlike standard silicone hoses, every ULTRA hose takes performance to the limit.
These are ULTRA high spec hoses, hand made with the best materials possible.
For extreme performance and reliability.

Our ULTRA hoses feature additional layers of reinforcement,
where our standard hoses have 3 plies we build it with 4
where we have 4 plies, our ULTRA hoses will have 5 etc..

The extra layer of reinforcement gives the hoses a thicker wall with superior strength, durability, and an increased pressure resistance.

These aren’t your typical silicone hoses.
They’re built for demanding environments and exceptional performance.

Reinforced with Nomex® +260°C

Instead of using polyester reinforcement for 180°C, our ULTRA hoses are upgraded to Nomex® and with an extra reinforcement ply too!

Nomex is a high-performance fibre known for its incredible heat and flame resistance.
Nomex doesn’t just tolerate extreme temperatures — it thrives in them. That means more confidence and more reliability.

Our nomex material will peak at 260°C (briefly) and offer a maximum working temperatures of 240°C. Nomex offers a 33% increased temperature handling compared to Polyester fabrics. Perfect where the hose will be subject to such high
temperatures and in demanding situations.

FKM Inner Liner

Each hose is lined with a 2mm FKM rubber (fluoroelastomer) liner.
This is a premium material usually reserved for aerospace and high end applications, and comes at double the liner thickness of oil grade Fluoro hoses.

Compared to regular Fluro It is highly resistant to oil, and even fuel, where other silicone materials would otherwise fail.

Also very good for aggressive chemicals and far better than standard automotive-grade rubber, or silicones extending the life of the hose in harsh conditions.
